So I'm contemplating if I want to keep going with a pm program or go back to a bo program. I think either way a cleanse is in need for me. So I'm kind of trying to decide what I want to do after I cleanse. I'm going to start my cleanse next week, as I'm on my period at the moment. What do you ladies think? As far as cleanse I will be taking milk thistle, drinking green tea etc for a week and apple fasting for a few days.
I'm also considering ordering one of those latex workout corsets to add to my workout routine to define my waist more, anyone using one?
