2 1000 mg alfalfa per day
I'm going to continue at 2 PM pills per day this month and see what happens. If I continue with that dosage this should be another 3 1/2 month program for me. So if I'm not seeing any results by then I'll cleanse and switch it up. I'm continuing to pump nightly for 30 mins to an hour.
