I have been calling for a week and can't get anyone on the phone. Somebody who was selling their used kit on Ebay was saying they have been closed for 2 months and may not reopen? Does anyone know anything about this?

I called when I first was considering it in about August and they were perfectly fine in business. They also do auctions on ebay for... well a 200 dollar discount if there aren't lots of bidders so yeah. The ebay store is actually Brava not some perp. I would guess they prob don't have reps working as often around the holidays, but come new years I bet they'll have lots of ppl waiting to answer the phone.
