Hello~ I have been on and off this site for quite awhile now, reading and researching. I finally decided to create an account~ and am very interested in trying out Chiyomilk's programme. Does anyone know if the herbs from NBE will indirectly cause a growth spurt in height? I am already pretty tall and would hate to grow taller. As I have been bullied for my small chest and height and its been a big complex and self esteem issue for me.

I dont think it can probably just a little bit if you activate your growth hormones that controls your height also. But if you are directly targetting your breasts then i doubt you grow taller. Sorry to hear that you are getting bullied. I always wanted to be tall lol. When i was an A cup people thought i was a little girl because i had no kind of curves and im really short. Now that im a C cup people think im in my late teens
that would be great if i was thirty or something lol. So i understand about the whole height thing and also chest situation. But its best to just shrug those people off and do what makes you happy.

If you are over 24 it's impossible. If you are over 17 it's unlikely but possible to get a little. And if you are younger you shouldn't be doing NBE anyway.
Fenugreek, goat's rue and wild yam are likely to increase height growth. Probably shatavari too. They're all similar, increase all development in general (not only NBE), and Indians used to use goat's rue for height too.

Oh! I just read one of your posts, it was very informative.(: Do you think that Chiyomilk's programme (PM, whitex(pig's placenta), collagen etc) would activate the HGH for height?

PM acts like estrogen, placenta has estrogen, progesterone and HcG. HcG mainly leads to more estrogen, progesterone and maybe testosterone. Collagen isn't hormonal. So none of those would. I don't know what else is in her program, but as long as it doesn't have the herbs I listed it's probably fine. The only other herb I can think of is black cohosh.
Since you are over 17 even if you did grow from herbs it would only be a little bit. Around 23 or 24 you stop growing altogether no matter what you take.
Also note that nuts and meat have a lot of L-arginine which the body uses to make HGH.
