Update 8/31/2016:
I've stopped the PM because I was feeling weird and wasn't sure if it was the PM or other supplements. Lost all growth. Started PM again a couple months later, grew, stopped the PM, lost all growth. Tried BO, grew a bit, got early period and bad cramps and it scared me so I stopped. Lost all growth, back to square one. I've now been pumping with the Kangzhu pump for one month and have grown a little, maybe half a cup size. I will post my progress from pumping with dates and sizes in a new thread in another month or two. My conclusion thus far is that (for me) supplements are a waste of time and money. The pumping seems to be working and although the results are slow they will be permanent so it is time better spent.
