panax (korean) ginseng?

anyone use asian/korean/panax ginseng? it is a mood/energy herb, not so much a BE herb, but i'm wondering whether it has positive or negative effects for BE, in people's experience. is it part of any formulations?

It's an ingredient in Wonderup.

Yes, some forms of ginseng are in NBE formulas.
I take the American ginseng from Greenbush ( not same time as BB but during the day, helps me with stamina and better focus.
I haven't found it to hurt my breats growth any. I am growing in fullness still and get soreness in both breasts.

It's been suggested that ginseng might be a cause of unwanted male breast growth (gynecomastia).
