I've never seen a size 30 band in their stores, and I've gone to different stores in different locations a generous amount of times. They have size 30 on their website, but it only goes up to a B cup. Doesn't matter to me, anyway, as their bras are almost as expensive as Bradelis's. I wash my hands of them! Ha ha ha.
Today's intake:
106 ounces of water
A banana, a green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces, and a soft-boiled egg for breakfast
Avocado smoothie, macaroni and cheese with pasta sauce, 3 pieces of dark chocolate, and hot black tea for lunch
Vegetable beef soup, a tuna melt, and hot Sleepytime tea for dinner
I've been meaning to mention my workout routine. Before I started this, I was doing cardio and stretching six days a week, alternating between jogging on a track one day and the elliptical the next. I've cut out most of the jogging. Now I do the elliptical for 35 minutes three days a week and then stretch. On the other three days that I exercise, I just walk, jog for the length of one song, then walk some more before stretching. I hope that's not too much.
Got some more avocados and probiotics today. It has more vitamins, and I can get two bottles for the price of one at my local grocery store. It's just a better deal all around.
The veins in my breasts are much more noticeable. The circulation must really be going in them.
