I mentioned alfalfa because I had researched it for over-all health purposes. I have a green food powder that I take sometime to supplement myself with veges/fruits/grasses- it contains alfalfa. A couple of my friends swear by chlorophyll (thus why I recently ordered plain alfalfa powder which is very high in chlorophyll after a couple of little health issues I was having). It is not necessarily an NBE herb, which is a good thing because my friend has no shortage of boobs and they are sometimes in her way. I thought maybe a couple of my fellow health-nuts might have tried it. I am excited to take it. Bonus- horses that take alfalfa have better hair and it can combat baldness! Yes! Since I have a couple of thin spots in my hair from stress-related hairfall a few years, I am ready to balance my blood, oxygenate my organs, and have vivacious, flowing tresses to boot!
