Breakfast - A banana and a green smoothie
Lunch - A bacon, turkey, and avocado sandwich, plain yogurt, baked potato chips with vegetable dip, hot green tea, three pieces of 72% cacao dark chocolate
Dinner - Salad with hummus, one slice of oven cheese pizza, hot green tea
A few White Cheddar Cheez-Its
I took a Hair, Skin, and Nail supplement, vitamin C, a probiotic, b-complex, and cod liver oil.
I gained an inch... in my waist. I think I'm still slightly bloated, since I tend to retain water until the last day of my period, but a part of me is scared I've been eating too much. I'm going to not eat after 6 and try to get to sleep earlier. That always helps trim my waist down.
