Oh gosh, if I drink more water my bladder will explode. I don't know why, but it's never gotten used to all the water I drink and I'm always rushing to the bathroom (even wakes me up at night ).
And I didn't really describe that well. I was trying to say I'm so scrawny though my torso that everything is pulling in taut. There's no meat, just skin and bone (aside from my breasts).
Today's intake:
72 ounces of water
Breakfast - Strawberries, orange chicken with noodles and veggies, green tea
Lunch - Two pieces of toast with avocado, feta cheese, and cucumber, one of which I added extra virgin olive oil to, leftover Mediterranean-seasoned slider in a pita with spinach hummus and tzatziki sauce, crushed pineapple mixed into yogurt, hot green tea
Dinner - Two chicken drumsticks with barbecue sauce, mashed potatoes with margarine and pepper, cooked carrots, hot green tea
Dessert - Two pieces of 85% cacao dark chocolate
Pre-fast snack - Chips with vegetable dip
I took two Hair, Skin, and Nails supplements, a cod liver oil, and a probiotic.

Avocado on toast with feta cheese and cucumber is so amazingly yummy, holy cow. I could eat that every day!
Took a bath tonight and did my bath time massage routine. I couldn't stop staring at how red and swollen my breasts got from it. I wish I could bathe and do this routine every night!
