Today's intake:
64 ounces of water
Breakfast - Vanilla cappuccino, cheesy eggs with ketchup, toast with margarine
Lunch - Avocado smoothie
Dinner - Salmon, brown rice curry, peas
Snack - Piece of sharp cheddar, low-sodium chips with vegetable dip
I took a multivitamin, vitamin C, cod liver oil, and folic acid.
I allowed myself a "treat" for breakfast because I had a depressive episode last night, hence the cappuccino. It worked. I felt better for the rest of the day. But I didn't eat enough today, and I can already tell in my body. I lose weight so easily.
Random thought: I wonder how many British people have read "chips" in my intakes and thought of fries rather than crisps. I don't know why I thought of that today.
Tomorrow, I'm going to make hummus. I sure hope it works out.
