Thanks, Katana. I thought of spinach omelets and scramblers. I'll definitely try that. I think I'm going to look up some cooked vegan breakfast ideas.
Ella, I read that spinach and kale will also do it if they aren't cooked (and those were the main greens I used for my smoothies, so I think there's some truth to it). Cabbage as well. And I'm scared of iodine supplements because I was reading that they can overwork your thyroid or something along those lines (they compared it to giving an old horse energy pills or something like that; yes the horse will have more energy, but working it harder will make it die quicker).
The thyroid is weird, man.
