Today's intake:
66 ounces of water
Breakfast - A banana, oatmeal with walnut pieces
Snack - Trail mix
Lunch - Three pieces of takeout cheese pizza, a piece of Crazy Bread with marinara sauce
Dinner - Chicken burrito with guacamole, salsa, and plain yogurt, hot green tea
Snack - French bread with margarine, hot French vanilla-flavored decaffeinated black tea
Supplements - Multivitamin, half a vitamin C tablet, cod liver oil
Not a good intake today. I had lunch with a bunch of other people at work. My dad ate a salad I had planned on eating. And I felt awfully peckish today, just wanted to eat and eat and eat.
I think I'm trying to get my period right now. If I get it tomorrow, it will be early for me. It's always great when that happens.
I bought MSM today. That will be the next supplement I add to my routine. I'm almost at the two-month mark. Once I reach it, I'll tweak my program a little.
