I came up with a menu sample that utilizes the foods that are okay for thyroid yet still will help with NBE.
Breakfast - Gluten-free oats and a banana or apple, or
Eggs and homemade potatoes o'brien (potatoes, peppers, onions)
Lunch - Pinto beans with onions, peppers, salsa, and cheese, avocado pineapple yogurt, or
Turkey and veggie sandwich on gluten-free bread with homemade olive oil mayonnaise, fruit salad
Snack - Macadamia nuts, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate
Dinner - Chicken and vegetable stir-fry with brown rice, or
A cut of roasted beef, a baked potato with butter, cooked carrots
Dessert - Grapefruit, kiwi, and pineapple smoothie
Something like that. Seems like a yummy way to eat to me, and still lots of opportunities for the proteins and healthy fats that make breasts happy.
