I had walnuts on my oatmeal this morning and added extra virgin olive oil to my green smoothie, and I'm having a smoothie with avocado in it right now.
I'm going to get some exercise in a little later and then do a midday massage after. Hopefully all the circulation I've whipped up from the exercise will add to the massage.
