and I just wanted to post that I was huge on collagen it is great for NBE and the skin! by the time we are 18 our collagen decreases by 1% each year! isn't that crazy?! it keeps connective tissue together and I noticed my boobies were more "together" and "full" feeling, not like water balloon type boobie feeling and my skin looked plump and glowy. I loved it. Need to re up-- if you look for collagen get one with a vitamin C complex (that is what I had) or just make sure you're getting vitamin C as they go hand and hand! (absorption in the body)
i need to stop reading you guys posts cause i keep finding more supplements i want to add! but i think collagen might be of use to me too . collagen binding things together , tighten gut junctions etc. i might look at taking my ageless beauty caps again at some point!
