I'm used to intermittent fasting now, but a full-on water fast (which technically started at 5 p.m. the day before) is always rough and, you're right, it's for sure a shock. I'd like to try a liquid fast some time, where I can at least have things like tea and fresh juice.
Today I restricted my eating again. I feel so much better about my stomach and waistline.
My breasts are holding on. They still look good to me, especially paired with my smaller waist. I ate fatty food at every meal again and made sure to get plenty of protein despite my small portions. I exfoliated them and used my bust roller, too, and they got all red and full of good circulation. I'm not taking any chances of losing what I gained!
