Still sick and it's so boring and old now, ugghhhhhh. The worst part is I basically didn't sleep last night. I was fighting not to fall asleep at work today. My body loves to torture me.
In that same vein, my hormones have been INSANE this cycle, good grief. I've been in honest disbelief because of them over the past several days.
I get paid at the end of the week, and I'm going to go on an epic grocery shopping spree. Been watching Nigella Lawson videos, and I'm going to make some of the recipes from here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vyysD6o57Q I want to have a healthy, easy breakfast, a really healthy, nutritious lunch, and then something kind of decadent yet still healthy for dinner. I really want to be a good cook.
I love Nigella Lawson she brings it all so calm. And perhaps there's some good boobfood advise in her videos. She has a big cupsize!!
Anyhow please let us know what youve bought..i cant watch your vid!
I admire your wish to be a good cook btw...all it takes is love and patience I wanted that too once but sometimes I just dont have the time and patience...yesterday i baked the most growse egg bc time forced me too put the fire HIGH. It was tasted like a flat cooked egg, ugh disgusting.
She has such a great presence, doesn't she? It's strange to think that she used to be insecure, like me. And yes, her figure is such an inspiration! She seems to favor Mediterranean cuisine. Maybe that's the key!
I'll do my shopping spree this Saturday. So far my list includes goat cheese, parmesan cheese, pasta, Greek yogurt, cream, milk, parsley, eggs, turkey bacon, lettuce, lemons, apples, bananas, and a can opener.
I've always wanted to be a good cook. My mom was an amazing cook. She made such rich, elaborate dishes and was always reading cooking magazines.
Oh no, I'm sorry about your egg! That sounds awful. Cooking definitely takes time and a certain amount of technique, even on simple things like eggs.
