I'm thinking about using PM for menopause such as hot flushes and so on. I have a period every six months the past 18 months. Can anyone advise me as to whether I would take the PM pills throughout the month or should I have a break?
I live in the UK and I'm not sure where to puchase the PM anyone tried ST herb from tara's choice? is this PM ? sorry, I'm a little confused, just starting reading about PM.

Thanks for your help.

Well I'm not anywhere near menopause, but according to many manufacturers it's OK to take a low dose all month for women in your category. I copied some info from St. Herb's site...

"15. I have attained Menopause. How many caplets do I need?

You can take St.herb to supplement the depleted production of estrogen in your body. If your aim is to simply maintain healthy estrogen levels, you can take the normal dosage of 2 caplets per day, for 30 days per month.

If you want to enhance and uplift sagging breasts, you can safely take 4 caplets per day, for 15 days per month. Your period may return after taking St.herb for an entire month. You may also notice the secondary benefits of taking St.herb such as shiny hair, supple skin, lower cholesterol levels and improved bone density."

And I tried St. Herb's products. They worked for me, but aren't as fast-acting as Siriporn's stuff. If you'd like to get St Herb cheaper, visit ebay and buy from hoodiatrust. She's a great seller.

Thanks for your reply, so it may be safe to take 2 pills a day throughout the month and not get a period? I don't want my periods back but if I increase the dose I may get my periods back? gosh, I want to take them for my boobs too but I'm getting used to not having a period.

Laura,

No prob! Know what, you might still get some benefits with your breasts even with 2 caps each day. If you think about it, taking the low dose for 30 days is equivalent to takig 4 for just 15. I guess it just depends on how sensitive your body is to the herbs.

Hello Shyboobs,

Thanks for that info. I think I will give it a go and see how I react. I know you are younger than me but did you get growth using St herb and how long have you been taking them? I'm hoping they get rid of these nasty hot flushes, they are so annoying. I'm taking phytosoya capsules at the moment but I was hoping the PM would help the flushes and my boobs.

Hey,

Yeah I got growth with St Herb. I got a lil over 1/4" within a month and got another 1/4" a couple weeks later. It wasn't a lot, but hey it was better than waiting 5 whole months just to get 3/4" when I had used Breast Gain Plus (now called Breast Actives) a few years back. I had taken the St Herb caps for about a month and a half total.

Oh well done, I was on wonderup and got good growth after 10 months but it was worth the wait. I was so pleased considering I was a little older starting this. Good luck and hope you keep growing.

Your condition is called amenorea. PM may make your cycle normal if used correctly

I thought Amenorrhoea was absent periods in the early reproductive age. I am now absent from periods almost a year and I am now 49 so I am going into the menopause. I was hoping that PM would not bring on my period again so to be on the safe side I decided not to take it.

Your periods suggests youth. Having them is healthy. The end of your periods is the onset of more pronounced aging.

This is the most unique thing about PM. Maintaining appearance not breast enhancement.
