I have some estrogen dominance symptoms and I'm possibly progesterone deficient as well. One of my ED symptoms is irregular menstrual cycle and Vitex is known for regulating that but so are Maca and Damiana. I'm confused. Which herb to begin with? Or do I use PC instead?
