hey guys, finally I decided to make an update. 
So ive finished my Natureday supply a month ago, and theres no growth. its quite frustrating because i spent so much money on that. 

And I must admit that, after 2~3 years of trying, i have no growth at all. I know some of u tell i have growth from my pics. but i think it was just the angle/lighting problem. Anyway, they are my boobs and i know they didnt grow. I still have the same measurement.

Sometimes, i think i can never grow from NBE.  I have two sisters, one of them has big boobs ! Another one is super skinny (AA cup)  (but she has no health problem. ). We have same diet since we are small, so i think its all about DNA. I think something in my DNA doesnt allow me to have big boobs! 

But still, I want to have a way out! I believe one of the problem is that my body cant absorb nutrition well!  From last month, ive been drinking two cup of milk a day, and i tried whey protein before. But still, my weight never change (~43kg). I hope someone can give me some advice on that.

I just now stumbled upon your thread, so I'm not that familiar with all methods that you've tried. But I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have any success with your current program. I know that is a big bummer. 

Could you tell me how long have you've been doing NBE and what all avenues you have tried. I think NBE can work for everyone but not everything works for the same person. That's what makes it so difficult because one person might have great success with a particular method and the other might have none at all. It's all about trial and error and you have to find what works best for you.

Also, it seems that you are implying that you are trying to gain weight, which is very good for NBE. How much weight are you trying to put on and are you currently underweight? 

I hope maybe if you can answer these questions, maybe myself and others can try to give you suggestions to help you come up with different options to try to get you back on track with your NBE journey!!
