You might also want to look at some massage oils, and watching your diet too.

Thank you for your reply and for those useful threads.
I actually tried massaging with oils (olive, sesame, almond...) but kept breaking out all over my chest/ribcage! Will check out those binaurals now.

Do you think if I massage twice as much at night (instead of 300 rotations, 600 rotations), the result would be the same?? Sometimes I'm in the rush during the day and don't have time...
