I guess I'll have to do it naturally and my friends suggested me to cut out night snacks , sleep 8-10h daily and supplementing my diet. Now, my question is if eating certain foods or making some changes on my diet would help? Currently my protein intake is higher than usual cause I am building muscle until the end of August (when I will take part in Spartan Super race )
Interesting. I know a lot of bodybuilders don't like IGF in general because it's nothing compared to, for example, steroids. Were they afraid that it would be ineffective or that it would be unsafe? Or that it's a drug?
