The bigger issue is that it is very weak and very expensive though.  I didn’t know IGF-1 could be absorbed nasally, that is interesting.  It is however a prescription drug.

I did find that aloe imitates igf-1 and hgh which increased growth in lab animals by 15%.  Besides many other major benefits and high safety, while a direct hormone has some safety issues besides the legal ones.  More importantly while aloe tends to quickly lose the active compounds, freeze drying preserves them without damaging them.  Unlike other drying or storage methods.  Around 1,500 mg is a good amount.  There are diminishing returns so there’s not much point to more.

I should also caution that I wasn’t able to find anything major and that as far as I know IGF-1 and HGH remain as minor secondary factories in NBE.  It’s still unknown why macromastia responds so much stronger to hormones than normal, and why the local HGF and IGF-1 are so extremely high in macromastia (600% in the case of HGF).  Furthermore if they were so high in the whole body then the whole body would have extreme growth not only the breasts, along with the dangers that could entail to some parts of the body.  Macromastia is a local breast-only super high response to estrogen and progesterone boosting HGF and IGF-1 in the breast area only.
