I've been noogling for only about a week yet I find that the swelling is lasting quite a long time on me! I've been bad (fierce) though, I started off half an hour for a couple of days and now I'm doing an hour already per day (straight). I think what you're doing is better (15 mins if I remember correctly?) and then gradually go up to 30 mins, then an hour....I'm thinking of doing half an hour twice a day. Some say that's even more effective....
I've just noticed a slight curve on the top of my breasts since yesterday....it could be temporary swelling but hey, it's still great!
Bone broth sounds like a very good idea. I was thinking of buying collagen pills, like the ones for hair, skin and nails.
By the way, I tried wetting my breasts with warm water and then applying the domes. They really stick better and hold suction! Try it out! I didn't put any oil or cream, just water.
