hi em. just wanted to say that this has reminded me of something i was reading last year. i posted about it and there was a pdf but i couldn’t link to it for some reason ..so i had to attach it as a download ..but, it talked about cancer therapies and how they seemed to be more or less effective depending on the time of day ..and the reason had to do with our biological clock   …..soooo, they started using melatonin to reset the cellular clock in conjunction with the particular therapies they were using. it's called melatonin summary, i attached it here.

anyway, i find it interesting how just about everything we do ..like work, play, sex, exercise and everything we eat or swallow or drink, our herbs or protein or aminos or whatevers seem to be more or less effective depending on the time of day or i should say, the part of the circadian rhythm when we do what we do or take what we take, naps, yoga, etc.  …..not that it's necessarily germane …it just reminded me of this fascinating idea of aligning these activities with our clocks ..that is, if we could figure it out. i’ve noticed something about my clock. i have to get up early for work ..so, it makes me go to bed early enough to get the sleep i need ..but, during times when i had extended periods off schedule, i notice that i stay up a little later each night until my clock sets itself several hours later ..so, i wake up later and go to bed latter and it feels good. that’s kinda strange. maybe, it’s because i was born around midnight. hahaha. anyway, there it is. life is strange.

Hey Solo, so that does make a lot of sense since certain hormones are released to the tick tick of our's body clock. Maybe by taking the BO at night I'm lining up with my body's clock! I've never paid to much attention to my body's clock, although I'm aware of the time when I'm when tired, frisky or productive and what not and take advantage of that. Well I'm happy to have found the time to line things up that works best for boobie growth lol
