First of all Merry Christimas to you ! Hope you are having a wonderful time with your families and friends
Well, today I had to go to the doctor , endocrinologist specifically : I use to go due to my weight problems.
This is my story lol, a year ago I was underweight 46kgs and I had to gain weight . Today, 26th december 2016, I weight 61kgs = 15kgs more!
This is because I am taking an antidepressant a.k.a Mirtazapine which makes you feel hungry 24h
He suggested me in loosing weight, 3-5kgs because apparently depression and weight issues are linked.
I am going to loose 2kgs (like 4 pounds) first and see what happens... I don't want to loose all my progress with pumping. In 11 months I have got 2 more cup sizes and I'm happy with it!
I still don't know how I am going to loose weight and mantain what I have achieved through noogling yet, any ideas?
