hello everyone hope you all having a great day

so im new here and  i wanna do the massages but i don't see the difference between chi massage and deer massage  

the only thing i noticed that with chi you speared your fingers and the deer you do outwards ten times if my information is right

im so close to give up deer and focus only with chi or the opposite whatever work the best.
