How do I know if I am lacking Growth Hormone or Oestrogen?

Both are needed, I lowered my testosterone and increased progesterone, added some fenugreek but no growth as of yet, but I don't know what lever would make a difference E or IGF-1.

If you are missing periods, or if you have symptoms of high androgens, then your body is low in Estrogen.

I though it was quite the opposite, when your E is too High your periods gets delayed....?

Those are two ends of a spectrum.
If you are missing periods, you don't have enough estrogens, LH and FSH, then to a lesser extent possibly androgens.
Or if you have high symptoms of androgens, that means your body isn't converting enough estrogen from it.
