Hey.
Hows the panick attacks been going?

Not wanting to sound like a weirdo but would you consider doing a youtube clip or video showing this massage (dressed of course). 
It must be good if you and your ND came up with it. For the life of me i cant get my head around it. 

I can totaly see if working though cause Id read how soliders had grown breast tissue on the sides they held their rifles in combat etc so it must be the pressure being put on that one side of their chest all the time.
