I'd also suggest "Growing glutes without growing the legs" (http://bretcontreras.com/growing-glutes-...-the-legs/) and "How to train to widen the hips" (http://www.criticalbench.com/train_widen_hips.htm)
You'll really want to build certain parts of certain muscles, and keep strength everywhere you can. :-)
After the diet and that basic workout direction, it's just time, and burning more than you take in, with occasional "gluttony" so the body knows it's not starving. Hard to overeat on the right foods... ;-)
