Tinydear's NBE Journey

#81

That's such a cool programme.
I'd only suggest try slip some omega 3's in there.
People have grown off biotin too. Some estrogen influence tied up in there but msm and milk thistle etc you've covered your bases.
I need arginine too cause I have very VERY low nitric oxide levels which means my circulation is crap! I do have some and it's good fir the heart too from memory so il look into that.

Oh you're totally right!! I was taking Omega 3's and ran out about 2 weeks ago lol. The only reason I haven't replaced it is the one I'd been taking was really good but costs $20! So I forgot. But I suppose I could find something for cheaper, it'll just be a lower dose. Was thinking of taking a triple omega.

Yeah my circulation isn't good - my feet are cold even in warm fuzzy socks and my nose is cold all the time! D:

Hello Tinydear,

Where do you get your progesterone cream? Do you think wild yam cream can replace it or not?

Thank you.

Hi Jessica!

I ordered it off of Amazon! & I made the mistake of purchasing wild yam cream and thinking it would do the same thing but a member on the forums corrected me and said it doesn't work the same. But maybe you could investigate further and decide for yourself. But it's sounding like a no to me!

I bought this one:
NOW Progesterone Cream, 3-Ounces https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0013OXGNU/ref...Ozb4GZHXKY

But to be honest I'm not a huge fan - it doesn't absorb well and I read in some of the reviews that it raises estrogen levels also. I'm buying this one next, and I would suggest it over the NOW brand:

Emerita Pro-gest Cream, 4 Oz. Tube (Packaging may vary) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000IMQE5U/ref...Ozb7K5J2RK

It's about double the price but I bet it's worth it!

Well I've officially updated my signature so that my current measurement is 34 inches. It's been sitting at 34" for a while now, so I'm thinking it's permanent. Actually this morning I measured 34.5" but I'm sure that'll change.

Unfortunately my period still hasn't shown up, and it should have a few days ago. I'm guessing that spotting messed me up. In other words, the Ainterol PM lol. I'm a bit bummed because I was looking forward to starting my Siriporn PM!!! So my period can hurry up any day now... am I still even in my luteal phase if it's gone on for over 14 days?  Huh

In other news, I finally deciced I might like to have another baby, but not for another 5 months to a year. My husband has been bugging me about it since our son was born lol. I still want to continue NBE up until we actually decide to start trying. Who knows, maybe I can be a guinea pig and find out if this growth can be kept even after being pregnant. I've also decided I will continue massage if I do get pregnant down the road, in hopes that I won't lose my volume.

Hey so I know at the start of this I said I wanted to be at least a C cup and didn't even think I was an A cup, but that was right before I found out how to get a proper measurement. After I achieved a teensy bit of growth from NBE (natural breast enhancement, for any newbies), I found that I was a 30c. The reason my A's and B's were not fitting was that I was wearing a band size of 32. That is absolutely not my size, and I thought for that reason that I was not a cup size at all. So I was either a small 30c at the start of my NBE journey, or a full 30b. I just wanted to clear that up.

So my goal is no longer a C cup. Technically I am a 30DD if I use the bra size calculators online, but I'm still wearing 30c until I can find a decent 30D "balconette" bra, as those are the only ones that compliment my "shallow" breasts as of right now. My new goal I guess would be 30G, since that's what a 36" bust with a 28" underbust comes out to. So my longterm goal is a 30J. o__o Sounds scary. hahaha

There was also a point where I said I've never measured 34" before, I should have specified that I've never measured 34" before when NOT pregnant or breastfeeding. I'm sure I measured 37 or 38 during those times lol. Possibly more.

Hey all.

This is suuuuper frustrating! My period is about 10 days late. I'm half wondering if that spotting I got during my luteal phase was actually a second period and maybe I shouldn't be expecting it until later this month. I just want to start my Siriporn PM, dangit!

I also read that if you're on birth control, the bleeding you experience isn't even menstruation, it's "withdrawal bleeding." So is there even a point to cycling things while on contraceptives if your body is doing things differently anyway? Am I still having follicular and luteal phases...? So confusing.

And another thing is that once I started pumping, I reeeally began slacking on my workouts which I was super devoted to before. There's just not enough time in a day.

Hey Tiny!

Aww my dear, I'm sorry your period is late and it's causing you stress. I know how frustrating that can be. You make a good point, because you're on birth control, maybe there is no need for you to cycle PM. Of course, I'm not sure how that will effect your cycle or your birth control, but it's worth looking into. I definitely remember reading a thread somewhere about a person using BC and PM and not cycling, but that was long ago. I'll have to see if I can find it for you.

One thing I would highly suggest is try BBT charting. It's amazing, and I've recommended it to so many people because it's taught me so much about my cycle and my body, and it really helps when you're trying to commit to a cycling herb program. I no longer feel in the dark about my cycles and what's going on in my body, and this made a world of difference in my NBE program.

Hey!

Thank you for responding. I've been trying to use a period tracker app, but what you're suggesting sounds way better and more accurate! I suppose I should invest in a thermometer of sorts and read up on it! Thanks for that suggestion.

Maybe if I run on a search on the forums of "birth control" I can find some pointers. >.<
