All you need is:
1 cup of FG sprouts 
A dash or two of:

• Anise
  
• Basil
  
• Fennel
  
• Licorice
  
• Caraway
  
• Dill
  
• Lemongrass
  
• Marjoram
  

Boil it in two cups of water let it cool and add honey and lemon juice (for taste).
Drink one or two cups a day.

The key of it is FG so don't worry if you can't get a hand of some ingredient but make sure FG is there.

Yes it does! I'm spilling out of my 30B! But I think it could be more effective if you take it only in lutheal phase. (I'll try just taking it that way)

I think you can easily find Anise, basil, lemongrass and marjoram at the super market. (At the spices aisle) 

I found Dill, Fenugreek, and Fennel seeds at local markets (In my Country wizardry and herbal medicine are still very popular so it's easy to get some herbs)

I didn't get Caraway and Licorise 'cause it's more difficult to find them in my continent.

But I bet you can find them all online
Results start showing within a month but if not don't give up! Give it a try. during 3 months. (I really think its better only in luteal phase, many succes stories have Fenugreek in luteal)
