To get so little PM you'll probably need powder form and a really small measuring spoon. Otherwise you'll have to open up a capsule to divide it. If you go to the PM section you can find tips on brands. Ainterol and Thanyaporn are a couple good ones. Cream is fine too but then I'm not sure of the dose. Either way is fine.
For the fenugreek any brand seems good as long as it's 50% saponin. You can go to Amazon for example and search fenugreek saponin. When I searched I noticed a 70% saponin one that might be the wrong kind of saponin, not sure. So any but that one. The 2nd one seems good even though it says it's for testosterone. Also down the list is a 15:1 extract. The description says it's 30% saponins, so you would simply take a little more.
Any progesterone cream is fine. They all have the same amount of progesterone so you're basically picking which lotion you want. The cheapest one is fine.
I think this will take 1-4 months to gain a cup size, probably 2-4. You might even gain 2 cup sizes in this time. You might grow faster with more fenugreek if you want to try that, but more might also cause a little weight gain. This is a very low amount of each herb so you could do a lot more but that might cause trouble and there's a small chance you're too young for that.
If you want more than a cup or two then look at the nutritional stuff in my sig thread first, then use more fenugreek (as high as what's in the thread), then noogleberry. Any more herbs than that is probably ok but it's safer to wait until you're 23. Nutritional means one of the nutritional mixes or replacing most (not just some) of your diet with whole grains (especially brown/black rice), seafood and the other healthy foods listed.
