I notice that whenever I eat at least 10 grams of protein within like 20 after I take my BO, that I get faster results. I can feel it grow then too. The more protein, the better. At least for me that works

Hello Ellen! You're one of my inspirations along with TibetanPrincess <: I take my protein almost immediately after BO, I only really start to feel tingles or a tickling sensation after I massage though. ^^
