Alright, since I have completed 3 months, I am going to stick to my personal training background and switch my routine up every 3 months to confuse my body for more progress and less plateauing. I have not changed much but for the human body, a little change can go a long way.
I am going to continue taking 610 mg of fenugreek once-daily and 1000 mg flaxseed oil with 400 mg Omega-3 once-daily while adding soy protien shake once a day as well, probably for breakfast. I continue to drink a lot of water throughout the day. I also still use my homemade cream of vitamin E oil, flaxseed oil and fenugreek to use on my breasts. I am trying to pump monday through Friday (Saturday if i have time) for at least an hour but i try for two hours. I a still working out and trying to lose weight during this process. So far I feel great and I am trying to keep things updated and motivative.
