I can only go off of what I've read on here over time & what I've seen on my self . As far as over pumping mine look the same or maybe a little more red when pumping at times , the cups look right size if your trying to get more outward projection in your breast how ever if your trying for just more fullness or volume you would want a larger cup to pull more on the sides . hope this helps you ' if like me you'll take all the help you can get .
Heyy  Smile  thanks for your input. I am trying to increase my breast size and go up cup sizes. However, I have already spend 250 bucks on it so far, so I am thinking of using the medium(the ones in the pic) cups until they fill up at the top. What do you think? Maybe it won't increase size but would still be kind of beneficial, right? Or should I get just buy the large cups?

With the over-pumping, i meant do they look "over pumped" in the pictures, like I need to take it down a notch. I don't feel any kind of pain or discomfort.

Like I said mine look the same at times , I don't think I over pump . ie: no pain , purple coloring , or lasting red dots so I would say no to over pumping .

ah I get what you mean
