If you want to use something use volufiline or similar not hormone based one or just oil. No phytoestrogen with BO, bo helps your body produce E so you dont want to clog your receptors with phytoestrogen. I use isosensuals brand it's on the expense side but doesnt have nasty ingredients in it so worth it but there are some other cheaper ones. It absorbs pretty quick though so unless your massaging for a minute or so you'll probably need an oil of some sort to massage with.
I have low blood pressure and cold/hands feet think thyroid problem but have seen small gains but be very patient its not instant and when you start small it takes a while to see changes so commit to it and be patient. You have youth on your side too which is a bonus. Remember protein. And keep clear of phytoestrogen while on BO (taking or eating). Xox

Thank you very much for the info! I was thinkng about buying Gluteboost, have you tried it? It should also help not developing stretch marks. But yes it is on the expensive side. I will do some research on oils since it seems they are such an important part. :*
