I have been taping my nipples and areolas down regularly but I don't think that is effective for me. Also, don't the second option make them bigger?  Huh

Wow I did not saw this before! I did the thread about using tennis balls for avoiding areola / nipple extension but not this one! I am going to give a try to this for 2-3 weeks and see if it works!
