So please what other androgens are you thinking about? I have tried reishi (not very good with BO), wild yam is supposed to be antiandrogen, isnt it? And I do not know why but the combination 2caps vitex, 1 caps wild yam, 1caps of chinese skullcap and half a dropper of
BO is a great combo when I have great face without acne and perfect hair..but sometimes during a month it seems like more oily skin and bad hair.. I will definitely try your advice and use the BO on its own....but for how long ? I relaly have problem with the androgens, but need something what just combats DHT, not estrogenic stuff because for example spearmint capsules was no good for me at all... btw how are you going with the BO?? do you have any negative effects?? how much have you grown so far?
