Has anyone tried SP or spearmint tea with BO ?

I started bo a month ago - 1 cap (250mg) in the first week, increasing the dose to 2 caps in the morning. And it's been just 3 days I started having 3 capsules that I got Painful horrible acnes on back. So I stopped the Bo for now. Even I didn't feel anything !

When herbs didn't do anything, I switched to Bo .
I'm 32 AA Any suggestions ??

This happened to me as well for the first time...I got terrible acne on my face, back, even behind my ears :O I think that it also depends on the BO..they are coctail of all the hormones even testosterone..some bottles contain more, some less...it influences me as well...spearmint was not very good in my case, it worsened my hair and face..it is estrogenic so maybe i do not tolerate it very well...I recommend you the licorice tea....it is great with BO...do u use progesterone cream??

No I don't use PC. Licorice tea is also estrogenic , isn't it ? 
Before BO , I used vitex alone to balance hormones and it made my skin horrible - acne everywhere. So I stopped that and didn't take anything for approx a year. Now my skin is almost clear and can't think of worsening it again ! 
Please also check my hormones test result thread. I was slightly estrogen dominant.
I haven't checked now but I guess I'm almost on same levels !
