It has been more like one hour, 5x/week. Usually I watch an hour-long show. While the mediums are long enough, they really aren't too wide -- I may need a large sometime in the next months.

Congratulations on your success, catpower really look forward to hearing how you do with the noogleberry because I keep reading about it, hearing about the results, but I just have not run into enough material that gives me enough confidence...I am almost there, so thank you!
