Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could provide insight on this particular issue I'm having. Whenever I take an herb that contains diosgenin, I seem to produce symptoms that indicate improper, unfavorable hormone conversion. It feels like it makes me produce more androgens/testosterone. I will break out and it will speed up hair regrowth (legs). Is my body not properly converting diosgenin? Has anyone experienced this?
