So Im curious, I remember reading something on here somewhere about dandelion root resensitizing(is that a word? Lol) the estrogen receptors in your body? Similar to how goats rue does, anyone know about this? Maybe Lotus knows. TIA!

I remember reading how dandelion root upregulates estrogen receptors? In my personal experience as having low progesterone and estrogen, drinking dandelion root tea for two days caused me to start my period early.
