I've seen some people referencing L-arganine amino acid to help support the human growth hormone and therefore seeing lots of gains from it.
I unfortunately can't have high levels of LA because it aggravates old sores and even inflammation in the body as well as sometimes giving me UTI. I have to take high doses of L-Lysine to combat when I feel these coming on, and I take some every other day to help avoid a flare up in general.
I want to support the HGH, but looking for a supplement that won't add to my LA levels or something that supports growth hormone in general.
Only other one I know about is GABA
