So I put off noogling for a few weeks because of some irritation and hyperpigmentation from tape i was using for my nipples and I started again last night. And I noticed these little red spots appear above my nipple and I am wondering what they could be because I don't think I overpumped.  I think I pumped on a regular pace and I took a break after 12 minutes and massaged but I'm not sure what this could be and I am not sure if I should continue to pump or if I should wait until these go away. I don't want to damage anything. Suggestions?

Hi!

Looks like broken capillaries   it happens, don't worry but yeah it's a sign of too much pressure. Do not pump until it's completely healed and the next time try other techniques!

Thanks! Does it get better? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Do you know if there is a better non irritating way to mask nipples before pumping? I think taping them and the skin above made my skin more sensitive.
