I was just wondering if anyone on this forum has grown through massage and topicals alone. By topicals I mean fenugreek, olive oil, borage oil (Wahaika's recipe) or any other homemade batter. I've read that it's possible since the massage stimulates prolactin and the fenugreek which mimincs the effects of estrogen are absorbed directly into the breast. Estrogen plus prolactin equals breast growth right???

I just want some opinions.
