It's a good thing you're planning on taking the GABA at bedtime, cuz from what I've read, it's very relaxing and helps you sleep. I'm considering adding it myself.
If you still haven't gotten some sufficient progress in another couple of months, I definitely would recommend BO. I myself have tried herbs twice in the past, with no results whatsoever. I've read often on this forum how the really small gals like us tend to respond better to BO. Not EVERY person; but many. It's good to know there's an alternative out there!!!
Isn't it crazy, trying to keep track of so many supplements???
