thanks crystalelle. The rice protein doesn't have l-tyrosine in it. I'll keep reading.
Cycle 7 - Day 2 (yesterday)
Noogle -
AM - 50 mins 32.75"
PM - 40 mins 32" and then 5 mins with large domes. I can't get both large domes on at once, so do them one at a time.
Massage - got up to 120 rotations in one sitting! Its working my arm muscles.
Cycle 7 - Day 3 (today)
AM - 40 mins then 5 mins on each breast with large domes. 32.25". Interestingly the new foam rings don't give me as much suction as before, and I think I swell less because of that. But on the other side, they don't leave as prominent marks...
Notice a rash on my legs which is unusual, my body must not like something.... will keep an eye on that.
