Just remember that you have to give the BO time. you won't see a diffrence in the first month...very important!

Goodluck with BO! I like how more people are going to try it so we can get ideas and comments from each other
I only bought 2 months of UB because at the time I was a bit skeptical about it so when I'm a month and a half into it I'll need to order more. In going to give it a 6 month trial to see if it's for me.

I've purchased 3 months worth (I think) so that should give me a good sense of if its working or not. Funny how at the moment, I'd be just REALLY REALLY happy to measure 32"... that would be great. Because I notice when my breasts are swelling at 31.75" I think, yep, they look like small breasts, yay. Whereas, anything less, is kindof like ermmmmm breasts anyone?

Although, I would PREFER to be 33"... but at this point, anything is better than nothing.

It will be interesting to track progress and sensations, experiences etc and compare them with each other. I think Crystalelle has just embarked on her BO program again, and I'll have to re-jog my memory to see who else has recently started. Twister-mama has been on it for a couple of months.
I'm going to re-measure everything before I start (ok, not fingers!), including legs, bum, etc to see if I am putting on weight in other areas.
Anyhow, still on a noogle break because bruising is still slightly apparent. Should be gone by tomorrow.

Day 5
FINALLY, some breast sensations. LOTS OF THEM. Had them in the morning consistently for about 30 minutes, then a few hours later for another 30 minutes or so. Then this afternoon for about 30 minutes.

Haven't been taking any of my supplements except MSM and GABA the last few days.
Noogled tonight. Am hardly having swelling at all inside the cups, its really weird. After 1 hour and 10 minutes of very soft noogling, I only measured just over 32".... so thats quite a difference from 32.5" and 33" that I measured previously. Weird how that happens. One would think that you would keep progressing higher and higher... but no. 3 steps forward 2.9 steps back...

for day 5 of the current cycle were you still taking the herbs when you got the 5/10 sensations?
I had a question, umm when you noogle, like when you pump does it make any sound? because my parents work from home, so i dont want them to come rushing to my room everytime they hear a sound u know, lol.
am thinking of getting a NB, hopefully once i have enough cash

Searching - yep, day 5 of my cycle yesterday. And nope! It doesn't make any sound. Except for a couple of times when the suction doesn't quite suck and its sounds like farting..... but still, you can barely hear it. Its not loud or anything, just a normal fart sound. lol
Cycle 7 - Day 6
Again got very strong breast sensations, this time for about 20 minutes around lunch time. Then they went. They were quite intense, enough that I though hmmmm, this is kindof painful. 5/10.

Hmmmmm, so something really weird is happening.
When I noogle I am barely swelling at all in the cups, and then afterwards my measurements are pretty much what they were before I started, maybe .25" difference....
AM - noogled for 1 hour 10 minutes, and then measured and I was only just over 31".....
PM - noogled, and tried to do it quite hard, (without breasts turning a crazy colour), and did it for 50 minutes (still not making it to the 2" mark on the cups), and then afterwards they went down to 31.25".
No idea why that is suddenly happening over the past few days... I seemed to be on a roll with the noogle measuring 32.5" and 33" easily last cycle.. and now its worse than what it was when I first started noogling!!!!!
I also measured myself before I noogled tonight and I measured between 30.75" and 31", which is one of the first times that I've measured under 31"..... bizarre. And even more weird, because I seem to be about 52kgs now, so I'm slowly putting on weight. So I don't understand why I am suddenly losing measurement from my bust?!!!?!

Ok, finally, back in business.
This time I noogled with a different technique. I pumped as much as I could (until it kindof gets sore), then I release the pressure. Sometimes I waited as long as 1 minute, but mostly, a few seconds to 15 seconds or so, and then release. And I kept doing that for 40 minutes, and my breasts swelled up to over the 2 inch mark. YAY.
Then when I measured, I measured 32.75", I then applied two wet towels to my breasts for about 10 minutes (as per twister-mama's suggestion), and then I put some vitamin e oil on it straight away, and then a tight bra. But already from that point, I measured just before I put on the bra and I was only 32.25". So interesting how it didn't really stick around too much.
Regardless, its an improvement from the last pathetic few days, so I'm pleased with that.
